I’m a longtime fan of and friend to one third of this indie rock trio. Over a decade ago, I designed a long lost flyer for a DIY art space concert they had booked with a (then) relatively unknown Alex G.

So when their latest project booked a tour that included a return to their hometown of Norman, it was a fun, full circle moment for both of us for me to design this poster for the gig.

With a blend of raw college radio indie, fuzzy grunge and power pop sounds, I went with a vibrant, diverse collection of colorful illustrations, anchored by a slight ragged font that made for a happy accident that I adapted into Oklahoma’s southern border for one of the panels.
