This really got me back to my roots! I think one of the first art/design related things I loved as a kid were the NBA logos of teams in the ’90s. OKC, being the relative baby of the league, just doesn’t have the deep history and myriad of different logos, so it felt like a fun project to take some of my favorites from yesteryear and give them a distinctly Oklahoma spin so that it could have a little bit of that heritage.
