I’ve exhibited work on occasions in the past, perhaps most disastrously with an opening that took place just as the world was shutting down in March of 2020. This one felt a little different, though, with OSC-Press frequently hosting artists (both local and regional) that I deeply admire. It was nice to feel like I was in that company.

The opportunity arose on somewhat short notice, but I jumped at the opportunity, producing about 20 pieces in less than a month to feature. It was a demanding but ultimately rewarding experience, and it was wonderful to enjoy the community response during the 2nd Friday Norman Art Walk that had been central to my professional life for so long and during Norman Music Festival, another community event I have dedicated hundreds of hours of my life to.
